Official U.S. Government System: Privacy Act Statement

Purpose: Children in Adversity (CECA) is a U.S. Government initiative.

How USAID uses the information collected: The Contact form collects an inquirer’s name, business phone, business address, business email and company website (url) to connect U.S. and African exporters and investors with new business opportunities and to respond to inquiries. The external website directly connects users to the U.S. Government’s trade and investment support services. In addition, the site provides the name and photo for key participating Agency Administrators.

Disclosure of your Personal Information is Voluntary: CECA intends to protect, to the extent practical and allowed by law, any confidential, proprietary, sensitive, or trade secret information that is shared with CECA that is marked “Privileged and/or Confidential.” However, CECA is not liable for the disclosure of any information provided.
